“A method and system for determining a track record of a moving object” SAGAsystem has a patent (#P5153PC00) on the process for calculating acceleration, deceleration and G-force in turns on “all moving objects”. The process entails extracting certain digits from the GPS coordinates and use them as inputs into well known formulas of physics used to calculate the abovementioned attributes, which again are used in combination to determine proper and improper driving conduct, as determined by SAGAsystem´s Driving Behaviour Formula. SAGAsystem began its patent pending procedure in February 2002 because of its uniqueness of the good driving practices formula that the SAGAsystem™ provides. After a clean IPER, SAGAsystem has started its patent application in the following areas: Iceland, Europe EPO, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. At the moment Australia and USA have issued the patent on their market and other markets will be issued in the following months.
